How To Make A Purchase?
Make purchases from any RocketPay® enabled site just by clicking "submit info" - your credit card info is already filled in for you.
Can I Use RocketPay On All My Devices?
You can make RocketPay purchases using your personal computer, tablet or mobile phone. To make future purchases with RocketPay® on a different device, just enter your email address and RocketPay® will send a secure verification code - then simply enter your code.
How to Get Your Secure Code?
If you are making a RocketPay® purchase from a different device, simply enter your email address. Your RocketPay® account is linked to your email and a secure code will be sent to your email. Make sure to check your spam folder if you do not see the email.
Updating RocketPay Credit Card
Choose to use a different card or update your credit card by simply clicking on the Card Number section at checkout and RocketPay® will update your card on file.
Do You Share My Card Information?
We only share limited information with merchants you choose to make purchases from. Purchases with RocketPay® are submitted securely and directly to the merchant's acquiring banks so you don't have to worry about security
